Tagalog is my language of love.
Every sentence carries so much more emotion, everything feels deeply personal. It doesn't help that all the songs I listened to, the shows and movies I've seen in Tagalog have all been about love - or at least a deep caring, a yearning.
I don't really know where I'm going with this, I just think Filipino is a beautiful language and it is a blessing I can understand it.
I can speak a bit, pero nahihirapan ako. I mix and match word and flip flop between languages. Ang pangarap ko is to fully learn Tagalog. Gusto ko makapag sulat ng poems at mga kanta in my mother tongue.
