i am laying in bed, i need to wake up earlier and practice for exams.
i got my overdue haircut which i had been putting off for a month now. i was hoping to get it before my church celebration and in a gap between my dance practices just in case it looked bad.
thankfully it turned out pretty nice too!
i did a walk in at the mall and got in after 5 minutes of waiting (i also paced around the mall, nervous)
i stuttered at the worker lady at the front then was ushered it. my barber gave me a wash and some snip snips. i showed her my reference photos and she got to work.
while cutting my hair there was some awkward small talk, im not an expert at talking. interestingly though, she told me her name. the interesting part was the fact it was my exes name.
i had to reply so i said “oh… okay” really awkwardly. the rest of the haircut went well and she finished swiftly! it cost 50 bucks, a bit much but whatever.
i feel like a mourning teen again thinking about my ex haha.
